❓ Where is the thermostat at Maui Kai 806?

The thermostat is located beside the microwave and kitchen cabinets. If the kitchen door is open, it would be behind the open kitchen door. Important: The lanai doors need to be shut in order for the AC to work. Opening the lanai door essentially shuts down the AC until it's closed again. This is a common feature in hotels and helps maintain energy efficiency.

❓ Where are the binoculars?

In the bottom dresser drawer near the television.

❓ Is Parking Free?

Yes but you must register your car at the front using the guest registration QR Code.

❓ Does Bill 9 affect Maui Kai?

Maui Kai 806 is located in a Hotel Zone and is NOT affected by the proposed Bill 9 vacation rental regulations. While we understand the challenges this may create for many property owners, we're grateful to be able to continue serving our guests without interruption. 🌺
